Vinay “Curry Doc” Patel, has been in Indian Restaurant industry for since 1999. He was born in Ndola, Zambia 1963.
He went to school in Gujarat India. Studied to be a Mechanical Engineer
Came to USA in 1988 for post graduate in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Robotics.
Hobbies:
Golfing, Swimming, Walking and enjoying fine Wines.
Charities:
Started Good Karma Kitchen with Rotary Club of Santa Rosa
Goal is to raise money for Schools, Fresh Drinking water Projects,
Polio Eradication and various other projects for countries like India, Nepal,
South America and Africa.

"The first time I visited Sizzling Tandoor, I had very little experience with Indian food. The staff quickly befriended me and demystified the extensive and foreign menu and found me my first of many favorite dishes. As my diet choices have evolved to vegetarian and eventually to vegan, I've still find delicious variety on their menu. It's all healthy and flavorful and yet still feels like a treat. I enjoy their food so much, I had Sizzling Tandoor cater our company holiday party last year and they did a fantastic job.
